We will schedule in home initial consultation appointment. During the initial consultation, we assess your needs, set expectations, and take precise measurements. 2. Design Proposal, Estimate and Contract

We present the detailed design and cost estimate, gather feedback, and make adjustments. Once approved, we finalize the contract, collect the deposit, and secure the project start date. 

3. Construction Phase

The construction phase is the stage where your design comes to life. During this period, we execute the plans with precision and care to transform your vision into a reality.We begin the actual construction work according to the finalized design and plans. Our team oversees all aspects of the project, including coordinating subcontractors, managing timelines, and ensuring quality control, and we keep you informed with regular progress updates and are available to address any questions or concer

4. Final Walkthrough

The final walkthrough and punch list are the concluding steps in the remodeling process, ensuring that everything is completed to your satisfaction. During this stage, we conduct a thorough walkthrough of the completed project with you, inspecting every detail to ensure it aligns with the agreed-upon design and quality standards. Together, we identify and document any minor issues or incomplete tasks that need attention. This list, known as the punch list, includes any final touches or corrections
